In July 2026, key changes to the program came into effect, significantly increasing the attractiveness of financing for entrepreneurs. The most important changes to the program are:
- Higher capital subsidy: The maximum subsidy value for SME entrepreneurs has been increased from 20% to 30%.
- Greater financing flexibility: It is now possible to include up to 15% of costs financed by the loan that do not have to result directly from an energy audit.
New investment opportunities (up to 15% of the cost pool). Thanks to the expansion of the list of eligible costs, the loan can now be used for, among other things:
- solutions that increase green space and rain gardens;
- development of electromobility infrastructure;
- investments in architectural accessibility for people with special needs.
