GOZ audit — analysis of the use of resources and the chances of introducing a closed loop in your company
We will examine the flows of raw materials within your organization and analyze opportunities to reduce material and energy consumption. We will verify where waste is generated, propose opportunities for its reuse and look for options to finance appropriate retrofits.

Meet GOZ
The Closed Circuit Economy (GOZ) is the management of raw materials and media to minimize their use and reduce the generation of waste. The main assumption in GOZ is the creation of loop circuits in processes where waste or by-products will be reused.
The GOZ audit is the first element of the transformation of enterprises towards a circular economy. Its importance stems both from the increasing regulatory requirements of the European Union and from the economic and environmental pressures faced by modern organizations. GOZ assumes maximum use of available resources, minimization of waste generation while keeping products in circulation for as long as possible, preserving their quality.
Increasingly, the GOZ audit is also implemented as a mandatory preliminary element for applying for national and EU funding. The audit then plays the role of a strategic document, which is a component that allows obtaining funds for innovative projects.

Do you have any questions? We have the answers!
Can my company receive funding for a GOZ audit?

We invite you to contact us directly in order to determine the current possibilities of obtaining funding.
What exactly is a GOZ audit and what is its purpose?
GOZ audit is a comprehensive analysis of the functioning of the enterprise in terms of compliance with the principles of the circular economy. Its aim is to identify material and energy flows, ways to use raw materials as efficiently as possible and reduce waste generation. The audit allows to determine the potential of the implementation of circular solutions and provides the basis for further strategic and investment actions.
How long does the GOZ Audit preparation process take?
The duration of the GOZ audit depends on the size of the enterprise, the degree of complexity of the processes and the availability of data. As a standard, this process takes from several weeks to three months.
What data and documents are needed to conduct a GOZ audit?
For the purposes of the audit, information on the consumption of raw materials, energy and water, data on waste and by-products generated, descriptions of technological processes, as well as selected environmental and production documents are required.
Does the GOZ audit require a visit to the plant/headquarters of the company?
A visit to the plant is not always necessary, however, in many cases it allows a more accurate assessment of the processes and the identification of the circular potential. The audit can be carried out both remotely and in a hybrid form, depending on the needs and capabilities of the enterprise.
What business benefits can a GOZ audit bring?
The GOZ audit can help reduce operating costs, reduce the consumption of raw materials, reduce the amount of waste and improve the efficiency of processes. In addition, it strengthens the company's position in the context of regulatory requirements and increases competitiveness and attractiveness for trading partners, investors and financial institutions.
In what form are the results of the GOZ audit transmitted?
The results of the audit are provided in the form of a final report, containing a methodological and analytical part, a description of the current state of affairs and a set of recommendations and possible directions of action. The report is discussed in detail during the summary meeting with VIVERNO experts.
